Bye Bye Blindspots · A guided cohort
You know the pattern.
So why are you still in it?
You can be accomplished, deeply self-aware, and able to explain exactly what keeps happening in love—and still find yourself back inside the same emotional loop. Because a blind spot is hard to see alone, and insight does not automatically become a new response.
The part you cannot think your way out of
The pattern is not proof that you are broken. It is information.
Maybe you keep choosing people who cannot fully meet you. Maybe you recognize the warning signs, then explain them away. Maybe you leave one dynamic only to meet it again in different packaging.
The question is not, “What is wrong with me?” It is, “What story has been making this feel familiar—and what becomes possible when I can finally see it?”
A new way through
From recurring loop
to conscious choice.
01 · The loop
↻Notice what repeats.
The person may change. The details may change. But the emotional shape of the story feels strangely familiar.
02 · The story
→See what sits beneath it.
With guidance, look beyond the outcome to the belief, protection, or old story that may be quietly steering your choices.
03 · The choice
→Practice a new response.
Insight becomes useful when it meets real life. Begin experimenting with a response that reflects who you are now—not only what once kept you safe.
Not a promise that one insight changes everything. A guided place to see more clearly—and begin practicing what comes next.
Inside the cohort
Insight,
in company.
Bye Bye Blindspots is not a one-off revelation. Reflection, live coaching, shared observation, and integration work together so you can stay with what you discover long enough to try something new.
- 01
The Reality Check
You begin with a thoughtful reflection designed to bring the recurring pattern into view—before the live work begins. Not a verdict. A place to look honestly.
- 02
Live coaching with Bari
Bari guides the group through the patterns beneath what keeps happening. In live hot-seat coaching, one woman’s story can become a mirror for something another has not yet been able to name.
- 03
Short supporting curriculum
Focused lessons give language and context to the live conversations, so the work is supported between meetings without becoming another stack of information to consume.
- 04
Integration in real life
You practice noticing the old response as it appears—and trying a more conscious one in dating, relationships, and the everyday moments where patterns tend to take over.

Who this is for
You have done the reflecting. The loop remains.
This experience is for the self-aware single woman who can describe her history clearly, has genuinely tried to learn from it, and still senses that something important remains just outside her view.
You do not need to arrive with the answer. You need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to look at the pattern without turning it into an indictment of who you are.
What you may take with you
More room
to choose.
- 01
Language for the relationship pattern that has been difficult to name
- 02
A more compassionate understanding of what the pattern may have protected
- 03
The experience of learning through your own reflection and the group’s shared work
- 04
A practical way to notice the old response and rehearse a different choice
What changes, and how quickly, is personal. This cohort offers a focused process for awareness and practice—not a guaranteed outcome.
Read Love StoriesHonest questions
Before you decide.
- Do I have to share in a hot seat?
- No. The live coaching is part of the cohort experience, but being the person coached is not the only way to participate. Listening closely to another woman’s story can help you recognize your own pattern from a safer distance.
- What if I already understand my pattern?
- Understanding is meaningful—and it is not always the same as responding differently when the pattern is activated. This experience focuses on the space between knowing what you do and practicing another way.
- Is this the same as Be the One?
- No. Bye Bye Blindspots is focused work around one repeating relationship pattern. Be the One is the broader Love Ready guided journey. They share a foundation, but Bye Bye Blindspots stands on its own and is not required before Be the One.
- When will the next cohort begin?
- The next cohort details are still being finalized. A conversation with the Love Ready team is the best way to ask what is taking shape and whether this experience fits where you are now.
